Atelier Laterre — Private Dining & Culinary Experiences

1. General
Atelier Laterre offers bespoke private dining, exclusive culinary experiences, caviar tastings and private hospitality services in Northern Norway.
Our experiences are individually designed around the occasion, location and preferences of our guests.
These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made directly with Atelier Laterre, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Reservations & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
A reservation is confirmed once the agreed deposit has been received, unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.
The date, location, number of guests, services and total price will be outlined in the individual proposal.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the agreed total is required to confirm a reservation.
The remaining balance must be received no later than 7 days before the scheduled experience.
Any additional services or changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges, which will be communicated for approval.
4. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:
More than 21 days before the experience: full refund of payments received.
Between 21 and 8 days before the experience: 50% of the agreed total is payable.
7 days or fewer before the experience: 100% of the agreed total is payable.
Any applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Guest Numbers & Menu Changes
The final number of guests, dietary requirements and menu preferences must be communicated no later than 7 days before the experience.
Reductions in guest numbers after this deadline do not automatically result in a reduction of the agreed price.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements communicated in advance. However, an entirely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
6. Location & Facilities
Experiences may take place at private residences, villas, chalets or other agreed locations.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is accessible, safe and suitable for the agreed services.
Any specific requirements regarding kitchen facilities, equipment, electricity, water or access will be communicated before confirmation.
7. Outdoor Experiences & Weather
For outdoor and open-fire experiences, guest safety and weather conditions are important considerations.
Where conditions make the original outdoor arrangement unsuitable or unsafe, Atelier Laterre may propose an alternative cooking method or indoor arrangement.
Any material changes to the agreed experience will be discussed with the client.
8. Food, Service & Hospitality
Atelier Laterre aims to deliver every experience with professional care, exceptional cuisine and genuine hospitality.
Menus may occasionally require adjustments due to seasonal availability or unforeseen supply circumstances. Where possible, suitable alternatives of comparable quality will be proposed.
Alcoholic beverages are not sold or supplied by Atelier Laterre unless legally authorised. Wine recommendations may be provided as part of our hospitality service.
9. Liability & Unforeseen Circumstances
Atelier Laterre will exercise reasonable care in preparing and delivering its services.
Neither party shall be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by extraordinary circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Personal Information
Personal information provided during enquiries and bookings is used to communicate with clients, prepare proposals, manage reservations and deliver the agreed services.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
